How to Use this site
There are a number of useful tools on this site that require user interaction. When user interaction is available it is displayed in a box like the one below in yellow. When a chart is displayed on the site it is often necessary to explain what is being shown. Charts that require more explanation are often accompanied by a box like the one shown below in blue.
